9dpo - Af or pregnant............

Please can someone help me?! Af or pregnant? I'm 9dpo, since 1dpo need to go to the toilet a lot, feel nauseas on and of (today way much more) sorry for detail , I'm really constipated and bloated. Had bad lower back pain, but on the left. Moodswings deluxe! My nipples were sensitive since 1dpo, but boobs now as well. Cervix high, soft but firm and closed - maybe arousel? I was so tired earlier in the week, would cry if I need to get out of bed in the morning. AF is due on the 23rd.

Anyone with the same symptoms?
