A bit worried.

Hi. Yesterday I was in a lot of pain in my lower back and bottom of bump. I took cocodamol which took the backache away but the pain in my bump didn't go and I cried when I moved it was quite bad. It was like a really bad stitch. It seemed to be worse if I needed a wee so I thought maybe an infection but I feel ok today. Just have a feeling somethings wrong. Ive txt the midwife explaining but have no reply so far. Should I be concerned? Thanks x

I had this pain exactly! I hate to say it but it came and went from roughly your stage of pregnancy until about a week ago. I was seen at hospital who believe it is stretching, as when bladder is fuller everything is under more pressure. Mines was worse when walking.
Try holding where the pain is, it worked for me (it reduced the pain, not completely removed it!) and make sure you wear comfortably fitting clothes. Midwife may refer you for physio - mines has!

Thank you for your advice. I don't remember this with my first two so it made me panic a bit. Midwife still hasn't replied so don't know whether to ring docs or leave it.

It sounds like round ligament pain. I've been having exactly the same thing on and off.

I have been getting this, it is probably ligament pain, it bloody hurts! I have it combined with a sore back and hips at the minute, which means lack of sleep ha!
