As the title says I have a few questions and I would really appreciate any answers :)
First off, I'm 16 weeks and 2 days pp after a EMCS and in the area where I had my spinal I get shooting pains that goes down my leg and gives me a bad backache, Anyone else had this?
Secondly, What are the chances of me being able to have a vaginal birth with my next child after a section?
And my third and final question is where I was so big I have torn stomach muscles and 3 umbilical hernias and i'm going to the hospital soon for a consultation because i'm getting them operated on, And I was just wondering if anyone else has had this surgery, what does the process involve? How long did it take you to recover?
Thanks! :flower:

I have horrible back pain since my first epi. in 08' it calmed down in 10' but then I had another in 2011 and that one was horrible I could feel him pull out the needle and try to stick it back in and i could feel him move it around while inside my back..It was bad.. But i think I was one of the unlucky few not all epis are that bad.. AS for me having a vbac with my second I was going to try but they could not induce me due to me having a previous c-section. SO I ended up having another emcs. But Im hoping that everything goes ok and I can attempt another vbac.

I had insanely bad shooting back pains after my epidural. They didn't go away completely for months.

I think your chances of VBAC have a lot to do with the conditions of your surgery, the type of incision used, and how long before your next pregnancy.

I'm sorry I don't know a thing about the other surgery.
