A home birth on Halloween?

Haha, that will keep people from asking anymore of those annoying home birth questions!! Are you due around Halloween? What do you actually plan to do if you are in labour then? Though maybe giving out candy might be a great distraction in the early stages!

lol yes! I'm due Oct 29th and here pretty much every house participates My son will still be going (not sure if I get to go or not!!!) so I'll have the doula pass out candy

I'm due on Halloween, and planning a home birth. To be honest, it terrifies me.
The idea of having all the children ring the door bell constantly while I'm trying to go through labour... no thanks. I'd really rather go before or after Halloween.

Can't pick and choose though, right now I'll just be happy to get my home birth (little monkey is breech). If I am in labour during Halloween, well... umm...
I'll try and stay quiet not to scare the kiddies?
