A question bout my OH..

Sometimes my OH will be asleep, and his heart makes a hard THUMP ( sometimes it will thump in a row.. NOT just once)...??!!!! What is that???

And also just last night while he was sleeping at random points would be holding his breath for like 20 seconds or more... (me being scared would wake him up).

Can anyone tell me whats going on.. this really worries me!!???

im not really sure about the heart thumping, but i have experience with my ex who also used to hold his breath, very scary! i found it was generally due to snoring, so was wondering if he snored either? if youre concerned id really get him to get checked out, just for peace of mind if anything! x

ok so what are the treatments. He last night slept fine. Except he still snores. But i had him lay on his side and wear a Breath Rite Strip. He didnt hold his breath or nothing last night
