Following a traumatic birth, her refusing to latch, a hospital stay for her with bronchiolitus we never managed to establish breast feeding.

She is now 8 weeks old and in hospital again with another strain which has cause bronc!

My question is is it possible to get my breast milk to come back once it's dried up? It's totally gone now but I'd really really like to feed her - and now I'm feeling better about healed from the c section I am prepared to work hard to get her to latch on.

Hey it is possible if you can have plenty of skin to skin, latch her on as much as possible, express for 20 mins on each side after every feed & go to the drs for a drug that can boost supply. :flower:xxx

Check with the breastfeeding forum on here, I've seen others asking about this. I don't have experience but they say it's possible.

Yes, do a search for threads on relactating/relactation. It's very hard work but it's possible for some women. Sorry about her rough start :hugs:
