A question for ladies taking or have taken clomid

I took clomid back in 2012 when trying for my first and I was instructed to take for 4 days 2-6, 50mg this time round I’ve been instructed to take for 5 days 2-7, 50mg why?? My GP didnt explain he just stated my prog bloods kept coming back inadequate hence prescription of clomid... x

I'm on clomid now and was prescribed for five days. Maybe the standard is different now?? Not sure, but everything I've read shows ladies taking clomid for 5 days!

All I've ever been told is to take for 5 days. My first round was 50mg CD3-7 and this round is 100mg CD5-9.
