Got DH's SA results today and morphology is very abnormal. His count is great but his motility not so much(probably because of bad morphology?). Anyone experiencing this issue? We're very sad by these news but trying to keep hopes up... it only takes one sperm, right? Thinking about our next step...

Well first, try to stay positive! You're right - it only takes one! Plus, a lot of times there are things you can do to improve the numbers. What are his numbers exactly? Did they give you any suggestions on improving them? I would start him on a fertility vitamin like FertilAid. It can do wonders.

His count is 106 milliion/ejaculate, 35% progressive motility, but only 1% normal morphology. We're trying to stay positive since his count is so good, but it's been hard, specially for DH. We were told DH needs to improve his health and stop smoking... I'm looking into supplements and possibly accupuncture for him... and he'll probably be repeating test in a few weeks. I'm on my tww right now and still have hope that will happen naturally. Meanwhile I'm making an appointment with my OB and probably will get my HSG done.
