Has anyone use the abdomend recovery belt after c-section? It's supposed to heal your wound quicker. Help you be able to walk with out so much pain. It's really expensive, about 70 bucks for just the support belt. And I would like to know if this has helped anyone right after c-section?

Haven't used one, but am sure glad you posted this! I didn't even know they existed! Had a pretty hard time of it with my first c-section...

My hospital actually gave me one before I left. I love it! My doc said that it doesn't help shrink the uterus as advertised, all it does is make you more comfortable. It does wonders for car rides. (The bumps don't hurt as bad).

Thanks , you're so lucky you got one from the hospital.. I'm thinking of buying one 3 weeks before c-section. Anything to relieve the pain ....

I used something like that. It really helped to keep my guts in or rather made me feel like everything was tucked in. It never sat right when I sat down because it kind of rode up and hurt my incision but it was worth it for me.

hiya i got a gro-group thera line c section belt (https://www.theraline.co.uk/products-caesareanbelt.htm) for mine and it really helped me, with a 3 year old to look after aswell as a newborn it did the trick :) im keeping mine for the next one :)
