I don't really know where to post this, so figured I'd post it here. I lost my pregnancy a little over 3 weeks ago, and my acne is absolutely horrible - worse than in high school. It's all across my chin, my cheeks, my neck, the back of my shoulders, my upper arms, and my chest. I know it's due to my hormones, but is there anything I can use or do to help this go away? I'm sure my current diet isn't helping, as I've been literally eating my feelings. I never have pimples this bad, it's taking quite the hit to my self esteem. Last thing I want to deal with right now.

I too have the post miscarriage acne and I'm 2 months post m/c. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a cure either so if anyone is willing to help, I'm sure we'd both appreciate it! I look like a school boy lol and I've also been eating everything in sight. In fact, I'm not usually this hungry all the time. I've actually been having a lot of pregnancy-like symptoms but I've also just had a period so I know I can't be pregnant again. It's like my body still thinks it's pregnant. Horrible hormones!

Sorry you are going through this too. Hormones can be incredibly horrible!!! Especially after 2 months, oh my :( I hope someone can help us too!

I used to get horrible horrible hormonal acne. What I started doing and helps is I got some organic jojoba oil.. I take a small amount and wash the area with it, dry and then take a cotton ball, put some witch hazel on it and dab it all over. Take a little more jojoba oil and dab it all over the areas again to moisturize. I did that in the morning and then before bed. I hope you find something that helps you.. I know how it feels and also knows different things seem to work for different people but this was a solution that worked for me. Both of those things can be bought on Amazon if you think you want to give it a shot. I'm so sorry to both of you for your losses!

I used to oil cleanse and it worked, it just took up so much time and laundry with all the oil on my washcloths. I wondered if it would work this time around since my skin is so darn oily. I've resorted to using jojoba oil instead of my regular moisturizer and so far that seems to be helping a little. I may try this again, thanks!

Your not alone, I never get acne and after my MMC last month my face is filled with it, I just use Cetaphil night and day and its clearing up

Don't use a lot of oil for washing or moisturizing... It doesn't come off on my wash clothes or anything.. In fact using wash cloths made my face worse. I have to pat everything on.. Very sensitive skin. But a small amount works wonders and highly recommend the witch hazel as well :) this routine takes me very little time but not oily and feels clean.
