Add photo to profile

I've noticed some user's profiles have a larger photo that's different than their avatar.. I know how to change my avatar, but wondering how to add a photo to your actual user profile.. please help!

Go to User CP>Edit Profile Picture and simply enough just follow the on screen instructions on how to add a profile piccy
