Ads placed in middle of page?

Okay, just wondering if it's just me or if anyone else is experiencing this too. Some of the pages have been loading with the ad banners in strange places sometimes covering the thread box so I can't see what I'm typing or even covering up a post so it is unreadable. I have also noticed that when I post something that it doesn't forward the page automatically. So is this just me or a known problem? It's a bit annoying and is actually causing functionality issues for me with the site.

I'm getting these too, on every single page I load. They move and are very hard to close leading me to tapping on the wrong thing and sending me where I didn't want to go. They are soooooooo annoying! I'm using an iPad 3, safari browser, in the US and screenshot is attached.

I have this too every time. Ill get a screen shot in a bit I'm either mobile on IPhone in safari in the US. Or on lap top on Google Crome
