Advert keeps popping up with new screen

Each time I log in or try to post or click anywhere in BnB a screen pops up saying "redirecting.....and if I want to cancel or submit". I click on cancel but it happens a few times in one go and the top of the screen says SKY PLC.

Help pls!

Also if you can get a screenshot of any offenders that would be fab.
