Advice appreciated please

I miscarried 3 weeks ago tomorrow & have just got my period today. Does this mean all back to normal & can hopefully conceive?

It took me 6mths to get pregnant & assumed that was because I had come off the pill, I know I'm asking a question that can't really be answered but am hoping it won't take another 6mths.

sorry for your loss hun. you are most fertile after a MC so to you! i got my bfp after my first real period after my loss. however i had a late loss at 23 weeks so it took me much longer to get back to normal (about 3 months)

I'm so sorry for your loss, 23 weeks must be so hard - I can't even imagine!

I'm so impatient & just dreading the thought of waiting 28 days each month.
