Advice?? I am: 31, TTC 17 mo., blocked tube, 1st IUI

I am 31 & TTC for 17 months. OBGYN thought I had PSOC (I didn't) but HSG test showed a blocked tube. Just went through my 1st cycle with clomid, ovidrel/trigger injection, and IUI. Pregnancy test tonight was negative 😢 I'm in good shape even though I don't exercise regularly, I enjoy my wine, and my job is extremely stressful. But could these factors really impact my ability to get pregnant? Help!
