Advice needed in regards to visitation

FOB and I have gone to court this week. He has been offically put on support and owe back support as well. He tells the caseworker that he has questions with this parental rights regarding visitation. He feels I'm not being fair.
He says that I haven't provided him with the sitters location, there fore he doesn't feel the need to tell me where my child will be when he keeps her every blue moon. I know fob has two houses both of which I'm not allowed to know where they are. I told him that If I can't go that there is no reason why my child should go either.

Well... fast forward to this morning, he asked could he keep her. I said yes for a few hours.. when I take my lunch break.. i'm coming for her. and he says okay. He comes and picks her up... and calls me and says he had to stop several times because lo was screaming.. but they made it safely.. they left before seven and you're just now making it to where ever you are???? he then says well just call me and I'll make sure I'm around for you to get her... I say around where are you??? He gets quiet! I said again.. where are you with my baby? Your Mother's? aunts???? and I still hear silence... he then yells he's in a *Brandon* Which is the city his aunt stays in.. I asked him was she at his house.. and I didn't get an answer...... I'm so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!

My question is can he take her without me knowing their location? I know that he can visit however not telling me their location... does he have the right?

If its unsupervised visitation, as long as the judge hasn't specified otherwise int he court order... Its up to him where he takes your LO I'm afraid If you want that changed you'll need to get it specified. I.E. It was specified in my OH's court order that no family were to be present at his visitation. Unsupervised means your LO is in his care.. I'd speak to your solicitor if youre concerned.

Although he should provide you with his address, if you request it you can get this. OH's ex asked for our address in case he brought LO home, we gave it as we had no reason to hide it.. I don't see why he does either? x

I'm sorry that would be horrible however if its unsupervised visitation then he really doesn't have to tell you. I was lucky enough I've never had to go through court my fob will tell me where he takes the girls even still and I tell him where I'm taking them. I see no point in hiding it.
