Advice please on teats

We are using Avent bottles and for the first few days we used flow number 1 but she was sucking to hard on them and we were told to change to flow 3 which we have done she is still making the sucking noise? LO is getting her milk but I have read that it means she is taking in to much air????

Should we change teats again? Also she seems to wake up with hiccups all the time?

I've just changed my LO to Avent size 2 teats at 8 weeks old.

You can still hear the air noises but not as bad as when he was going at the no. 1's

As long as your LO is happy id leave them as they are.

We changed Joe to Avent size 2 teats at around 8 weeks (I think!) and he still uses them now at 4 months. You can still hear the air noise, but as purpledaisy said, not as bad as when we used the number 1 size.
