Good evening ladies!

Joe is 3 1/2 weeks and feeding well but VERY windy. He really does do man sized burps in noise and length!! He needs burping through the feed and for ages afterwards.( The other end is fine and he trumps and popps well)

We use anti burp and colic bottles and use Aptemil formula.

He's had a few big vomits when he doesn't get the wind up.

Any advice on how to help??? I thought about changing to the easy digest milk? Any experience of this??

ANy help would be gratfully received!

Hey there! Brandon was like that, and sometimes still is! We use Colycinth granules before everytime we feed him which do help and we now use Infacol which made a huge difference. U can buy Colycinth out of ur local pharmacy but Im not sure if u can buy Infacol over the counter of if you need it on prescription!

Hope thats of some use! x x x

thanks.... we've just started infacol...fingers crossed

if it doesnt work try cow&gate comfort milk its thicker and made for colicy babies its fantastic imo xxx

Hope the infacol works for u! Ive heard really good things about the cow&gate comfort milk tho so if all else fails then give it a try :D xxx

hi folks, our baby boy 'oliver' is 9 weeks old. we have been using aptamil from the word go. he started to be windy after a couple of weeks, now he doubles up in pain due to wind.... we are not sure what to do next?? we have used/mixed hungrier baby as the normal 'blue' aptamil doesn't seem to fill him. we have tried infacol, but this has little or no affect. not sure weather to change formula :baby: any ideas?
kind regards ade.
