Advice Please: TTC after hysteroscopy

I just had a hysteroscopy and d&C to remove a polyp in my uterine lining. AF arrived today, so we are clear to TTC this month. I have never been so excited for AFs arrival, lol.
I will be talking to my FS tomorrow to discuss options moving forward. We believe the problem all along was the polyp interfering with implantation. My FS will be giving me different options, fertility drugs, injectables, iui, or going natural this cycle.
Any suggestions? Please share!
