Advice please

I have no idea if iv posted this in the right forum,
I received a court notice on Friday for a contact order on the order (bio father) has put a different middle name as to what's on my sons birth certificate he also gets legal aid in the name he used on the contact order so I'm wondering if his legal aid will be void because of this

are we talking fraud or genuine mistake?

The bio father has put a completely different middle name on his legal aid and court order iv phoned a few solicitors up for advice but got no where with them iv phoned the court and they told me to bring my sons bc with me

I am guessing that even if it is the incorrect name, it will possibly just be cancelled and then reissued in the correct name? Does it make that much of a difference to you?

But what I mean is has he deliberelty put a different name or could it just be a clerical error?

I often recieve letters from jacks paediatrician where it's just a template letter they fill in the names and it has come to our address but they have forgotten to change the name from the previous addressee

As far as I'm aware, legal aid has been abolished for most family cases. X
