hi all,
well i need some advice please i currently weigh 13 stne. 5 lbs! far too much for my height of 5ft4
so really need to lose weight as its affecting my confidence now and relationship with OH..
i havent really got any spare money to join any groups but if anyone has any advice please any tips welcome
and any excersise tips also welcome
