Advice please!

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on baby and bump! Anyway dh and I have been trying for past 9 months for baby number 1, just got his semen analysis results back which show normal sperm count but low motility (20%, normal is 50%). Feeling really confused and upset by all this have read low motility can make conceiving really difficult and not sure what to do next?!! Any support or advice would be much appreciated. Would be great to hear from anyone in same position!

tell your hb to take wellmans vitamine and you take pergnace and folic acid and try some preseed or concieve + these are sperm frendly lube xx xx

Am gonna pop in to boots tomorrow to stock up on the vits. Trying to stay positive but this ttc business is hard work! Good luck for your journey too sending lots of your way!
