Advice?

I'm having all the classic symptoms of pregnancy-I have missed my period..it was supposed to start, my breasts have grown and the nipples are darker and bigger, not to mention they hurt. I have been nauseous, my back has been hurting, I have been having terrible mood swings. My stomach has been bloated and cramping. But I have been having a sharp stabbing pain on the ride side when I use the bathroom. I have taken to home pregnancy tests and went to the doctor today, and all tests have come out negative. Could I still be pregnant?

It's possible, did you doctor do a blood test? If so, I would wait for the results from that.
If that is negative too, then I would wait for your next period and then do more tests.
