AF & Ovulation after early loss.

hi ladies.
last friday found out I was pregnant at a&e but sadly I was losing it.
I must of been about 4/5 weeks along.

bleeding stopped on Wednesday, iv heard the earlier the loss it the quicker the body returns to normal? also to count first day of bleeding from MC as CD1?

when did yout AF return and ovulation after early loss?

I've had two chemical pregnancies in 6 months one at 4 weeks 1 day and the other 4 weeks 3 days, neither affected my ovulation or AF the following cycle, I'm 7 dpo after the 4 WK 1 day last cycle and I o as normal on cd15, it was the birth of my son that really messed my cycles up with late o and shorter lp, sorry for your loss I know how awful it is, and yes just count the first day of bleeding as CD 1 as with AF xxxxxx

Hey Stacey- I'm really sorry for your loss! I'm going through the same thing right now. I was 4w4d when my bleeding started on Thursday this week. I'm still waiting for it to stop and counting Thursday as CD1.

We plan on TTC again straight away as I've heard you might be really fertile after a mc. Do you temp or use opk's for ovulation? We've decided to just bd every other day when the bleeding stops but I am going to pick up temping and opk's again so I know when/if I do ovulate this cycle.

I've read for some women with an early mc that your body can return to normal straight after, but I'm sure that's not the case with everyone.

no I have never used them and my and OH have decided that we dont want to get too wrapped up in it all, so like you we just decided to bd every other night.
to be honest im not sure when to class my CD1.
I never knew how far along I was as before AF came on the 17th aug I had strong pregnancy symtoms but then AF arrived on CD33 and I never tested, so I just assumed it was my period and it was normal and lasted 5 days like normal.
its only when 29th aug came that I ended up at hospital with severe pains and brown spotting that I found out I was pregnant, so me assuming I just had my period the bfp came as a huge shock! the next day was when my bleeding started and that too lasted 5 days. HCG levels dropped very quick!! from 91 to 41 in 48hrs so by now I shud imagine im 0.
so now I think do I count what I thought was AF as CD1 or when the bleeding started again when I knew what was happening. and would I class my loss as a chemical?
