Af question... apologies for tmi.. update Q... help please?xx

Okay so I finally have af... or what will be af -
I am just wondering, since I am tracking when they're starting etc do I count af as starting when I get brown cm rather than proper af.... or when its properly.. "af coloured" (tmi sorry!)

If its a full flow you count it no matter what the colour is

I asked the midwife this question as she told me that only when full flow, but I think there are different opinions on this . I always count it from the brown spotting. X

Doesn't really matter as long as you're consistent from cycle to cycle. Personally I wouldn't count spotting but only full AF.

I have always tracked my cycle & always track it from when it comes on in full force - ie needing a tampon instead of just panty liners x

thanks girls it really isnt anything much yet, its just like discharge.. except a bit brown.. just hoping proper af is on the way.. id be getting worried if i was pg and getting brown spotting..xxxx
