It was too long to think of a title!

Basically I have a 5 photo frame for each of my girls, and I'm putting a pic in of each of them at Birth, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month. In the spare photo I would like something designed with their
*Name
*Weight
*Length
*Time of Birth

Just in like funky text, but smart if that makes sense? Can use the same design but change details too?

If anyone has some time and willing to help, would need to print out good quality in 6x4 size, then I'd be very grateful!

I wouldn't say Im a pro signature maker/artist, but I don't often get to do girly things so I decided to give your question a go... I used fake info because I wanted to play around before telling you I could do it.

Are these kind of what your after?
I can change things? colours (the info obviously) or make a few more examples..
I'm not sure how to make them different sizes either. sorry.
But let me know anyways!
