After 3 years finally diagnosed!!

So long story short I finally saw a specialist that cared enough to listen to me and was so helpful!!! We did first appt, yearly checkup, infertility work up, ultrasound, blood work and got results back all in the same day! Simply amazing! She's an awesome doctor!
So results, I have hypothyroidism, PCOS and a arcuati(sp?) uterus(basically heart shaped but without the dip, triangle ish, flat top instead of upwards rounded).
I'm concerned about the last one most actually, she said it doesn't effect getting pregnant but causes a higher risk of second trimester miscarriage..... 😦 scares me a little... nothing to do about it though.
The hypothyroidism took me by complete surprise too but I'm researching that and I'm starting levothyroxine (?) shortly. But that explains the extreme fatigue!
PCOS.... I was pretty sure that was part of what was going on but obviously couldn't dx myself. And I'm going to start metformin soon too.
So what I'd like to know from you wonderful ladies is,
Do you have an arcuati uterus? Have you been pregnant before and been fine? Done anything extra before/during pregnancy?
Side effects of metformin and levothyroxine? Experiences?
I'm so glad to be moving forward!!
Anything i should be prepared for?

I don't know a lot about this but just wanted to say I'm so happy you finally have answers! I do have a friend who has the same uterus shape and she has 4 babies good luck to you!
