After ectopic

Hi, in march I had surgery to remove my right tube as I had an ectopic pregnancy. Since then I'm not sure if I have had a period or if I had implantation bleed as I've done a test and could see a faint line only when I shone a light in it. I don't know when I'm supposed to have a period or when I would have ovulated so I can't tell if it is a positive test or I'm seeing things. Could I have some opinions please. Has anyone had this and been pregnant?
