Aggressive baby-ouch!

Has anyone dealt with an aggressive nurser before? My six week old son gets mad as soon as my flow stops and PULLS my nipple and TWISTS it! It freaking hurts, especially since my nips are already sore from his clamping down habit. I'm wondering if there's any way to deal with this. My supply is fine now, thank goodness. He's just a bottomless pit and very aggressive. I can't wait to see what it's like when he gets teeth! :-/

I have this with my 2 day old! My nipples are split and bleeding already. Hopefully it'll improve when colostrum changes to milk!! But I sympathise

My babies have each done this... some more than others. I just unlatch and relatch when this happens. Have you tried that?

My daughter did it a lot in the first 6-7 weeks it was so terrible! I think it was mostly during growth spurts. Now she only does it when she's over tired and pissed off..
