Before i got pregnant and had tom, I suffered from repeat UTI's and took trimetheprim loads, so how come, now that I have had tom, i take it and suddenly, I am life threateningly allergic to it?? 20 minutes after my first pill i couldnt breathe and had to go to hospital.

Only problem is, Tom takes trimetheprim every night for the rest of his life and I have to give it to him in a syringe. I have epipens, but I am on my own 24/7 and what happens if he pukes up on me or something? I am using disposable syringes and gloves but i cant control the puke can i??

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrr

Uh oh, would the reaction still be as strong from skin contact as opposed to actually ingesting it? xx

Fair enough, just hopefully if it did happen it wouldn't be as strong so you could safely control it easier! x
