Ahhhhh help

Ive just found out I am pregnant with no2 I will be 43 when its born. I have a 14 month old boy concieved by ivf. I was told wed never conceive naturally due to my age and oh low sperm count.
I struggled really badly with post natal depression ( was in inpatient, it was that bad) and i was just starting to feel goo again.

Well congratulations! How amazing you got pregnant without IVF this time, that's wonderful!
Maybe this time you will have a different experience after the pregnancy? Who know's. And if it does happen again at least you know you will get better. Good luck!

Congratz on the surprise pregnancy!

PPD is no joking matter, but you have overcome it before and you are probably better educated and armed to tackle it this time around, hopefully earlier than you did last time too!

Try to focus on a day at a time, and identifying the *best* parts of being a mom now, and of the pregnancy itself. Hopefully with this pregnancy, you will have less of the worries from your first, and can enjoy that aspect

It does sound as though it was meant to be. Congrats! Siblings are wonderful. You've already proven you can pull out of a very bad low. And now at least, you know what to watch out for. I suffer from ante (pre) natal depression so I've got a psychiatrist and psychotherapist on alert. Though you do hear every pregnancy is unique, so we can hope things will be better this time round!
