ALCOHOL FREE pear cider

well i was walking round asda with my dh last night moaning at him that he's put my fav pear cider (Kopparberg) in the trolley and i cant have it... Well after making him feel rather guilty i spotted out the corner of my eye (and proceeded to fill the trolley) with this miraculous discovery!!!!



Random i know but come on ladies, its summer and i dont know about you but i'm a sucker for Kopparberg pear cider lol!

oohh i could feel naughty but know im being good at the same time with this !!!! Ive not really drank cidre before so not sure if i like it lol and i could always put some lemonade in it! I do that with wine and stuff cos i dont like the taste of it lol (when im not pregnant)

Did you know (Geek part coming) there is alcohol in them. I was excited then red the back label. Bare in mind it is the smallest amount but if you had about 15 of them you could be trollied lol and may wonder why? ha ha! Sounds lush, I may have to go buy! xx

I've had this cider, it's quite good! there is another normal (apple) cider that I get from Sainsburys, can't remember the name of it. And if you like beer, Erdinger (sp?) is a really nice non-alcoholic one, but there are also lots of others out there.

Does anyone know of a good non-alc red or white wine? I've tried the Sainsburys brand ones, and though I applaud them for offering non-alc wine, it really unfortunately tastes awful......

Awesome, I am sooo pleased to see this and will be stocking up later. I do miss the booze, especially in this heat. Me and DH are having a bbq later and I was thinking how best to replace my beloved cider in the sun but not looking forward to pop or juice. So this has made my day

I'd love to try this! I like Koppaberg. But a month or so ago I tried non-alcoholic wine and couldn't stomach it, maybe because it smelt and tasted like alcohol so my body was telling me no?

I think the alcohol free Kopparberg is almost as lovely as the real thing


I'm not a lager drinker but when she was pregnant my friend used to swear by Alcohol free Becks you can also get Cobra Zero which from what i've heard is one of the best alcohol free lagers you can have.

They also sell it in most wetherspoons if you are in the pub and want something other than juice or coke

I hate all other brands of pear cider, i find the cider taste too strong but this is very pear tasting (well the real stuff is) hope you like it.

Oh, for me it's all about the non-alcoholic beer! Mmmmm.... I have been buying the Bavaria ones recently, but Becks and Cobra do nice ones too.

I agree that non alcoholic wine tastes like rats piss... eurgh!

For anyone worrying about the alcohol content, it's usually around 0.05% which is about the same as fruit juice (believe it or not!) so perfectly fine as long as you're not drinking gallons of the stuff! A couple of bottles here and there certainly wouldn't do you any harm at all.

*sigh* I find them all too sweet - I love real ale and I've never yet found an alcohol free one. I agree with the lady that said they taste like rancid wee - Becks blue and cobra taste like urine to me!!!
