Just caught up today I cried from start to finish awful but inspirational

I was really touched by it - how brave he was and how fantastically optimistic and brave his family were too. When they read the note out at the end that they found under the sofa cushion I was crying my eyes out.

You could see the life and soul disappearing from him the more the programme went on and I thought the vicar was a bit inappropriate to be cracking jokes. Don't get me wrong, I know he was trying to lighten the mood, which would have been fine if he had the flair for it, but he didn't.
Ali was just as brave as Alex was and she should be so proud that she made the last few months of that young mans life happy and fulfilling.
