hey girls,

i suffer from mild allergies to my cats and was wandering if any of you did and what you do for it (especially during pregnancy)

:)

I have the same problem. I locked the cats out of my bedroom (completely--they are never allowed in there) and that helped quite a bit. Also brushing them regularly and bathing them once a month seems to help and I've invested in a few air filters.

thanks for your reply, i have also locked them out of the bedroom (my one whines like a puppy though its been hard).

I havent thought about air filters, how do they work?

They help trap some of the dust and cat hair in the air. Seems to have helped with my allergies. And mine meowed at first too after being locked out, I found that ear plugs work wonders :D

ha ha..... poor things, but my hubby slept in the spare room last night as he was working late and didnt want to keep me up and shared the bed with our boys....they were so happy and were fighting for prime position with him...so cute (really miss them in our bed) but its more comfortable
