Almost 15 months and starting to hurt to feed?

My son is smack bang in the middle of cutting tooth number 7 and tooth number 8 so I'm not sure if it's related, but the past couple of days when he feeds it feels like he's sucking so hard it hurts??? I keep re-latching him but that isn't fixing the problem. I don't want to stop, but this is starting to irritate me

Haha, when I saw the thread title my first thought was "pregnant" and my second was "teething." Yes, teething is probably the culprit. In addition to the latch being off, the extra saliva could irritate your nipples. Good luck mama, I hope it passes soon!

Phew OK, I thought maybe he was getting too strong for me, I had stopped feeding my daughter by now. I'm hoping to keep feeding him for a while yet!
