My last menstruation was September 17th 2014. I am always irregular but have never been this late. I took a digital pregnancy test Nov 1st e out Negative. I also went to my Gyno Nov 8th and had an ultrasound both internal & external which showed no pregnancy . Is it still too early to detect the pregnancy even with an ultrasound? I'm confused. My cycles are usually 35 days. There is a big possibility that I may be pregnant since me & my husband have been trying. I also started getting cramps 2 days ago that come and go & my breasts are tender to touch but today I haven't had them anymore.. What should I do?:happydance:

I went for a blood test yesterday, waiting on the results. I have an external as well as an internal ultrasound and they didn't find that I was pregnant. They did find something small in my uterus which the doctor thinks it's a cyst. The ultrasound girl asked me if they had done a blood test for pregnancy at the office which was kind of odd...maybe she thinks i'm pregnant who knows.:dohh:

It's hard to tell but a "cyst" can be a fibroid(normal and completely harmless) and it can throw off your cycle... I have a fibroid and it through off my cycle and caused me to spot mid cycle which was unusal for me.., you can be preg and the ultrasound not pick it up yet but the blood work can tell you as early as the two weeks. Hope this helps :)
