when we were little it was just us and my mum........i remeber one year xmas was a struggle so we went to her friends for christmas and we wanted it back to just us!

Look at it this way......you get to wake up with your baby boy.......have the day like you want it.....stay in your pj's, dont brush your hair, eat lots of crap - and there is no-one to say anything!!!!

I know its not ideal and im sure its really hard but you will be fine xxxx

When I was young we had Xmas with my Mom and Boxing Day with Dad - as a kid I loved it!! Two christmasses!!

My Mom then remarried and divorced (again!) and her kids with the second husband used to alternate Xmas, so one year they'd be with us on Xmas Day and the next with their Dad. My Mom hated that.
