Anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the Sock ons products which keep your babies' socks on? Cheapest i can find is amazon for £2.20 - can't seem to find any more cost effective bulk buy options or cheaper alternatives. I don't think £2.20 is too bad so will go with that if no other suggestions?

I use star child shoes. They're way more expensive but every time I buy Sock-ons I lose them. He can't get the shoes off, they keep his feet warm, and they keep his socks on. Still I think most people only have one or two sets of Sock-ons, do you need more?

I had one pair but one went missing - think it got eaten by the washing machine filter! Will have a look at the shoes you suggest thanks

Do they really work? I've seen them online but wasn't sure if they where worth the money.

We don't use them at all actually. In this cold weather we always have a babygro underneath if the boys wear trousers and then put the socks over that and they don't slip. Otherwise we only buy knee-high socks and they tend to stay in place much better anyway.

Put them inside a sock and tie a knot in the top of it if you're going to wash them - I lost one exactly the same way!

I love sock ons! Mine are from eBay but they're not massively cheap
