Hey ladies
Hey ladies!
Ok so I've kept up with the OPKs and the BD'ing (apart from last nite as hubby was knackered) but I did have quite a dark line yesterday and had cramps last night. I tested again today and the line is faint (not as dark as yesterday).
I still had lots of ewcm this morning and we did manage to BD this morning too so I'm hoping that's enough. We should get some in tonite too!!
Really what I'm wondering is, do you think I probably ov'd last night when I had the strongest cramps and is it going to make much difference that we missed last nights BD'ing?
Also, I'm going to start with the flaxseed oil today as I'm pretty sure I have ov'd so how much should I take a day? I have 500mg capsules from H&b.
Ps. Today is CD16
