my amh results are 46.9 however i have previously had endometriosis are thes results ok? any help appreciated xxxx

What age are you?

My AMH is 12.6 and i'm 35 so i fall into the 'good responder' category re the IVf - i know that if it's lower, i.e. my friend has 0.6, it is classed as a 'poor responder'.

Speak to your FS though as they measure them in different ways and i know from my googling experience that it doesn't really help! x

Do you know the unit? I've just got mine back and they're 25.7 pmol/l which is apparently normal for my age (31). They did say that there are different units so be careful you're reading the right ones!

Oooh and I found these - these are in ng/ml (which sounds like the unit your friend's was measured in Rachelle)

Interpretation AMH Blood Level
High (often PCOS) Over 3.0 ng/ml
Normal Over 1.0 ng/ml
Low Normal Range 0.7 - 0.9 ng/ml
Low 0.3 - 0.6 ng/ml
Very Low Less than 0.3 ng/ml

and these in pmol/l
Optimal Fertility 28.6 pmol/L - 48.5 pmol/L
Satisfactory Fertility 15.7 pmol/L - 28.6 pmol/L
Low Fertility 2.2 pmol/L - 15.7 pmol/L
Very Low/Undetectable 0.0 pmol/L - 2.2 pmol/L
High Level > 48.5 pmol/L suspicion of Polycystic Ovarian Disease/Granulosa cell tumours
