anovulation -supplement question

Hi,

I've been totally anovulatory ever since giving birth 8 months ago. (Even though I bottle fed).

... Is it possible to start taking Vitex/Agnus etc or any other supplements at the moment? Or do I need to wait for AF and a new cycle?

I have read you can start Vitex at anytime in your cycle....
