Hello ladies,

I have been reading about this and can find lots of information about temperature charts differing to Ovulation temp charts. However I cant find any info that talks about the difference of the bleeding. So, how it differs to a normal period and any physical symptoms before and during the bleed which may be different, like PMS, cramping etc..

Any information you ladies have would be great or if you could point me to a good website?!

Thanks
Annabel

I doesnt always differ. It may be shorter or less heavy, but it may not. Its not a way to diangose anovulation. Temping or progesterone bblood testing would be the only definitive way to do that. x

Thanks Crypto, would explain why I cant find anything about it then!

Think I'll have to take TTC to the next step this month and start temping!

Thanks
Annabel x

Ovulation sticks would also help, I would recommend starting about CD10 and doing them everyday all the way through until you get a positive or your cycle ends. I don't always ovulate but I do get AF reasonably regularly although it can be after long cycles 40+ days, this AF is the same as the cycles when I do ovulate. An indicator of anovulatory cycles is cycles regularly more than 38 days, but is only an indicator, you may regularly get every cycle being 40 days and be ovulating.

Sorry, but I couldn't not congratulate you! You obviously conceived the month you wrote this :D It's lovely. I love looking back at old threads and reading posts ppl have written while they are trying to conceive and then looking over at their profile title and seeing they're expecting. It's lovely!! And it brings hope to the many of us who are still trying. May God bless you and your family now and in the years to come xx
