Antibiotics and the pill

Ok,
So we made love a few times whilst I was on amoxicillin 250mg.
I am on Microgynon, and after hearing stories and after being a antibiotic baby myself we thought we would give it a go and hope for a little miricle.

But alas I can feel My period brewing.

I knew the chances were slim but after hearing so many stories I honestly just had such a good feeling about it.
And wham its gone

I can't help but get worried that I can't have kids or something xx

My husbands good friends got pregnant while she was on bc and antibiotics. They knew the antibiotic could cancel out the bc so they used condoms. Only one time they went without, and bam.They were very much in shock when they found out she was pregnant. She actually just had the baby on Friday. but I've been on bc 2 and a half years and I've missed pills every few months or so, and taken some medicine. I know how you feel cause I think, it happened to her, why didn't it happen to me when I was on antibiotics or forgot my pill one night. It just happens rarely. This is the first month of trying for us. So hopefully I'll know something soon. Good luck to you sounds like you want a baby, so why not just get off your bc?
