Antihistamine help

Hi, I have had a runny nose for the past few days accompanied by sinus pressure. I really want some relief because I am miserable but I have heard that allergy medicine can dry up cervical mucus. I'm pretty close o ovulation and don't want to hurt our chances this month.

Does anyone have any suggestions or do you think that taking one pill would be alright.

Depending on how bad you are steam with a drop of vicks might help? I'd be inclined to take the pill as I know how miserable sinus pain can be!

I wound up taking 1 Benadryl and am feeling much better!
