Anxiety - Chest pain

Evening, just wondering if anyone else has experienced chest pains with anxiety? I've been getting them this week for the first time and it's a bit odd.

Yep mine caused by tension it's because we hold oUr self so tight x

Have you been to the docs about it? I've had it since Sunday now, even there when I wake up in the morning. I'm getting a bit stressed about it which I know is the worst thing you can do.

yep my chest joints had swollen and were imfalmmed it has a name but i was in so much pain he gave me ibuprofen to which really helps x

I went to get checked out today and had an ECG etc, Dr says it's a muscular problem and that I need to take ibuprofen to see if that helps. Said the anxiety will have exacerbated it as I it tenses the muscle even more.

So relieved it's nothing else though.
