is any1 going to have to get a new car this is my 5th so i will be needing a new car. you cant really get 7 seaters tho and a big boot you either get one or the other x

This is number 4 so i need a new car been looking but so confused i need boot space and seats and it looks like you get one or the other how am i supposed to fit in my shopping and kids?

My little sister is expecting twins and she already has 2 little boys so they have had to get a bigger car. Its a 7 seater that easily fits 3 car seats, a booster seat and a twin pram in the boot. I am not sure what car it is though :dohh:

I will find out...

X

I have a 1992 Volvo V70. It has 7 seats and room for paraphernalia. Sometimes the older cars can be better (and cheaper!).

hubby is sorting out our old jeep for me to use, at least it has 5 doors lol instead of the 3 door car i have atm!

if you're looking for lots of seats and a big boot may i suggest a Toyota Lucida - 8 seats and a boot! we just sold ours to my sil - if she hadnt been desperate she'd not have had a look in though... i bloody love that thing

I've got a beetle cabriolet, sooo impractical, can barely get a couple of shopping bags in the boot let alone a pram :0( I love my car so much... Maybe I should get the baby walking from day 1 ?!?

VW Transporter....HUGE and you can get em real swish too, theyre soooo expensive though.

Failing that you need a 7 seater with a roofbox lol.

I'm only on my 2nd baby and we're getting a roofbox, we travel across the country regularly to see family so the car gets pretty full with just the 3 of us let a, one a 4th when it arrives!

Same here i have a 206cc.... have plenty of room in the boot for a pram... just not much room for a baby in the car...:dohh:

I have a Fiat 500 that I love soooo much but I think it may have to go as it's going to be so impractical once I've had the baby. Just considering what to get now...

This is our first but H is already discussing me getting a Zafaria as I need space to deliver 3 tier wedding cakes plus my sister has 2 under 2 and because she doesn't drive, if we decide to go anywhere I could do with a bigger car.

DH has a 2 seat convertable, i thought he was going to cry when he realised that it has got to go, all he does now is spend hours trawling car websites looking for something to replace it with.

I have a suspicion that we will still have his car once the baby arrives though, thank god i have a 5 door megane, at least the pram fits in that!

got to say goodbye to my mini cooper d soon (sob). going to get a golf instead so that i can have 5 doors and a boot!

i have a 5series bmw, but am having my 3rd baby boy in 3 years. i adore my car, and you could live in the boot but you can not fit 3 car seats in the back!!! dont know what to get now. i am trying to convice hubby to keep my car and get rid of his 2 seater commercial landcruiser!!! it not an easy task

We had this problem but managed to find an absolutely brilliant solution.

Toyota Estima are a 7 seater that are imported over here from Japan, they are fantastic with 7 permanent seats and still have a big boot. There are 2 different versions, the Emina and the Lucida (that we have).

There are different configurations of the seats but we have the two front seats, two independent 'captains' seats in the middle that can face either front or back because they turn around, and then a row of 3 seats across the back. The row of 3 across the back can flip up to make the back of the 'bus', as we call her, into enough storage as a van.

There are loads of them over here, take a look

we need a 7 seater and it has to be worth under £1000. Also need a bigger house, bigger everthing lol xx

i absolutely love these i had one a few years back yeah there huge inside may go looking for x

yep lucidas either have 2 bench seats in the back or a bench and 2 captains... either can face inwards towards each other - just depends if you need the extra seat or not :D

I have a toyota Estima. 8 seats plus a nice boot and if you turn the seats around you have even more room. I love it.... I only have 2 children at present and working on baby No3 but hubs did say he may go to number 4 :)

My little vw lupo has to go, the boot is tiny, it's a 3 door & there's no way to turn the front airbag off, so not baby seat friendly. I've been looking at a 5 door megane, dci- £30 a year to fax low insurance and a good size boot
