Does anyone else's baby seem to 'snack' on milk? Lily seems to only take 3oz at a time every few hours. She probably gets 15-18oz plus one bf every 24 hours. Do you think this is OK?

She is offered 3 meals (blw) a day, plus often has a snack mid afternoon and occasionally a morning snack.

It might be worth mentioning that she used to refuse bottles so maybe she just drinks the bare minimum?? Be interested to hear what your babies take...

Sorry no one has replied. My girl did this for a few weeks after stopping bf (along with a period of bottle refusal!) but she is okay now and takes 6oz at a time..it just kind of sorted itself out over time. I hear of these babies who drink 8 or 9oz 2 or 3 times a day, and I don't think she will ever be like that but 6 times a day is fine. She used to have bits and bobs almost as often as she breast fed which was a pain! How long ago did u stop bf?
