Any benefit to fasting before CD3 bloodwork?

Coincidentally, my first appointment with my new RE coincides with CD3... I'm ready for them to analyze my blood!

I'm getting conflicting information on the 'net as to whether or not you should fast before the CD3 bloodwork. Some say yes, some say it doesn't matter. I've heard that it can greatly affect your FSH numbers (mine are problematic).

Anybody know anything about this? Will fasting make my results more (or maybe less) accurate?

Thanks in advance!

there's no difference with fasting or not unless you want your glucose or cholesterol / lipids tested
