Last time I was charting my BBT, it was colder out and I was sleeping in socks and full pj's with blankets. My post O temps were much higher. Since miscarriage, my post O temps have been lower than normal, but I still see a shift, just not as dramatic as before. I worry if I'm not ovulating since my MC, or if me sleeping with the air on, no blankets and only a tshirt on could cause this?
Ugg...anybody know?

Hiya, sorry for your loss. I think if you are seeing a shift you are probably oving. One way to find out for sure is a day 21 test, have you ever had this done? Ask your dr about it. Do you use ff for charting? If you do, you could try posting a link up here. What us your pre-ov temp range, your current post-ov range & your previous post-ov range?
All the best xx

The room temperature and the pajamas/blankets/air conditioner could all affect your BBT. But I agree with threebirds -- if you are noticing a shift, ovulation is more than likely happening as expected.
