any one ever made breastpads?

i seriously need some washable breastpads!,
Im getting through tons of the disposable ones, and they make me itch like crazy! plus they have this weird smell

So has anyone ever succesfully made some? and if so how?...

I know i could buy some, but they seem really expensive, particularly as im going through about 12 pairs a day (although less expensive than disposables!)

How much are you leaking hun? If its not much then you could use microfibre with fleece on... or bamboo velour if your leaking more with fleece on?

Forgot to add you would also be best to add a layer of pul in too

yeh one layer fleece, one layer absorby fabric then one layer pul works pretty well x

Super easy to do! Like the others said - I tend to do a zigzag stitch on the outer edge so they catch all loose threads too. Cut a small wedge out of the circle, stitch together and you'll get a moulded shape too.
